Deep Stretch

A slow, grounding practice designed to help you unwind from head to toe. Through longer held, supported stretches and mindful breath, we work to release stored tension, improve mobility, and support healthy functional movement. This class is for all levels, especially anyone craving stillness, recovery, or a calmer nervous system. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and more at home in your body.

Gentle Yin

A passive floor based practice where students apply moderate stress to the body’s connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia while holding supported poses with props from 3-7 minutes. This allows space for breath awareness, deep introspection and tuning into the mental and physical sensations that rise out of a yin practice. Explore this unique style of yoga that helps you connect with your body’s inner and outer wisdom.

Gentle Flow

An accessible, slow-paced class designed for anyone looking to build a comfortable foundation in yoga or simply enjoy a calmer, more mindful practice. You’ll move through intentional sequences with gentle stretching, light strengthening, and balance work, all at a pace that supports ease and awareness. This class helps improve mobility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. A welcoming practice for every body and every level.

Functional Yoga Ease

A slow, mindful class that focuses on building strength, stability, and mobility at a supportive, approachable pace. You’ll move with intention through longer holds, gentle transitions, calming breathwork, and targeted mobility exercises designed to support healthy joints and sustainable movement patterns. Ideal for anyone looking to develop resilience in their body, improve functional movement, and feel more grounded—without the intensity of a faster or more demanding practice. A steady, accessible way to build strength and move well in everyday life.

Mobility + Myofascial Release

This class blends gentle movement, mobility, and myofascial release techniques to help you move with more freedom and ease. We’ll explore dynamic stretches, joint mobility work, and targeted self-massage using therapy balls or props to release tension and hydrate your tissues. Perfect for all levels, this practice supports healthy movement patterns, improves flexibility, and restores balance in both body and mind.

Slow Vinyasa

A smooth, flowing practice that links each pose to your breath. This class encourages presence, ease, and moving with awareness as you explore gentle strength and mindful transitions. Options are offered throughout so you can move at your own pace. Perfect for anyone wanting a fluid, grounding class that still brings a sense of energy and uplift.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, breath-connected practice that links movement and mindfulness. In Vinyasa, you’ll move through creative sequences designed to build stability, improve mobility, and enhance body awareness. Expect a balance of flow, focus, and challenge, with options offered for all levels to move in a way that feels right for your body. You’ll leave feeling energized, centered, and refreshed.

Heated Power Vinyasa

A strong, breath-driven practice designed to build heat from within, supported by a gently warmed room set to around 85°. This class blends dynamic movement, purposeful sequencing, and mindful intensity to develop strength, stability, and endurance.

You’ll move through creative flows that encourage focus, build confidence, and challenge you in a supportive way, with options offered for all levels to practice safely and intentionally. Expect to sweat, move with clarity, and leave feeling energized, grounded, and restored.

Strengthen + Stretch

A balanced blend of strength training and yoga. Class begins with a dynamic, flowing warm-up to prepare your body, then ends back on the mat with longer, grounding stretches. The focused center of class is dedicated entirely to building strength. Expect a thoughtful mix of resistance bands, light weights, and bodyweight exercises designed to help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles with safe, effective form.

Meditation + Sound Healing

Settle into stillness and let the vibrations guide you inward. This restorative one-hour class blends guided meditation with the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments such as chimes, drums, and tuning forks. As you rest in supported postures, gentle sound frequencies wash over the body, helping to release tension, balance energy, and quiet the mind.

No experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to be immersed in deep relaxation and healing sound.

Y12SR/Yoga 12 Step Recovery

Whether you are navigating addiction yourself or impacted by someone else’s addictive patterns, Y12SR offers a safe, supportive space to heal. These donation-based meetings, held at Rise in partnership with Will’s Place, blend the practical tools of 12-step programs with the grounding practices of yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Each meeting includes a group sharing circle followed by an intentional yoga practice guided by a certified Y12SR facilitator. The focus is reconnecting with your body, managing stress, and cultivating resilience—on and off the mat.

Anonymity is honored and protected, creating a space where you can show up as you are, speak freely, and feel supported without judgment or stigma.
